Back To School

The happiest time
Of the school year
When you can walk
The neighborhood
And almost hear the
Sucking and fucking
Going on inside.
Those golden hours!
Children are
Off to school and
Spouses are
Off to work and
Friends, friends with benefits,
Come over to play.
Just a little fun for
Just a little while.
Then we return
To ours and to
Our day to day lives.
Smiling with the comfort
That they'll go back
To school and back
To work tomorrow.
