What Is Love

I love you, not the way you want
Or the way you deserve but only
In the best way I know how
To love you.

I can only love you by the examples
Which I've been taught and shown
And by my life's experiences.
It's the only way I know how.

What is love I wonder?
Tough love, needy love,
Young fiery love, or mature
Tested love. I'm seeking a balance with you.

The more I think I know,
The less I truly do.
I do know love but
In the end I'll just feel.
