Dinner Together

The gaze of your green eyes sparks a
Hunger deep in my heart and soul.
My appetite grows for you.

Your ruby red lips call to me and
Your kisses herald of the feast
Of our love making to come.

Lusty and intoxicating wine
Of your tender touch, your fingers getting
Me drunk - come inebriate me!

You ivory arms entwined around me
Feed my needs and flavor our passions
In this never ending banquet of ourselves.

I feast upon the fleshy and soft folds
Of your luscious self; feed me
I need no other sustenance!

We dine upon each other, our
Cups overflow, our plates overfilled
With the the satisfying of each other.

Now, we lay here satiated
And tangled up ourselves
Full and content of our desires.

The aroma of our meal together
Fills the room with our inscence,
Here and now, you and I - my lover.

The brown almonds of your nipples
Crown the milky mound of your breasts,
My sweet and delicious dessert.

Look at me and make me hungry
For you again and again, I'm ready,
Always starving for you, my Dana!

Husband's Lament

Summer's heat in your touch
Melts winter's ice in your heart.
Sweet lies spill through the same lips
Which inebriated me with kisses.

Green eyes in a passionate moment
Angrily tear my heart in another.
Same arms which wouldn't let me go,
Push me away when I come home.

The storm of our love making
Gives way to an apprehensive silence
And exits out of bed are
Twice as quick as getting in.

Our love living, then seemingly dead,
Then resurrected again;
As a phoenix rising from its ashes and
Then soaring up towards the sun.

Our passion raging like a river
Then trickling to a calm pool.
The rare peace of balance is
The best we'll ever hope for.
